Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Associate position is a highly skilled, adaptable and dedicated, detail-oriented individual that is responsible for planning and successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives intended to improve company sales and market successes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development and lead execution of US sales and marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Daily management of distribution relationship activities and tasks.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with distribution partners and marketing alliances.
  • Assist in development of US sales and marketing proposals.
  • Identify, plan and execute company events including tradeshows, customer meetings, training events and internal meetings. Includes exhibition design and logistics coordination for all events.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to utilize social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with the Global Marketing for development of branded materials, campaigns and sales enablement tools to produce quality materials for company products.
  • Maintaining accurate campaign results and trends to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
  • Prepare monthly analysis of sales and forecast reports for leadership review.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Support product development and launches with market research and creation of marketing materials as needed.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

Specific Requirements:

  • Details-oriented with project management experience.

Clinical Specialist - USA (South)

Job Summary:

The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for supporting revenue growth in assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. Identify and support field sales efforts in a multi-state territory through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up. Link clinical practice with products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives as it relates to executing successful value add programs.

 Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver end-user customer education including product and procedural training, product implementations and expansions, and required customer follow-up. (no patient care required)
  • Work in conjunction with TSC and Distribution/Sales to properly identify, prioritize targets, and achieve corporate, regional and territory goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute content for customer educational courses and events.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key clinical customers for development of advocates, key opinion leadership programs and/or customer advisory boards.
  • Maintain and develop expertise on company products.
  • Participate as a clinical team representative on project teams, committees and in meetings to provide input as to the clinical perspectives on products, issues or needs.
  • Participate in educational, scientific, and promotional activities at identified local, regional, and national tradeshows/exhibitions.
  • Provide customer insight for process and product improvement opportunities.
  • Keep current with medical literature, clinical initiatives/guidelines, competitive landscape, and industry trends and communicate with management, sales and marketing, clinical and other appropriate departments.
  • Maintain professional and clinical continuing education, licensure, and credentials as applicable to clinical specialty.

 Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Certified Nurse, Respiratory Therapist or related clinical license with passion for innovative products and patient care improvement required
  • 3+ years’ experience as a nurse or related clinician required
  • 3+years’ experience in bronchoscopy or bronch suite preferred

 Specific Requirements:

  • Commercial mindset with sales or education in medical device preferred
  • ICU, OR or ED experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of time
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships across multiple functions, including distribution sales and customers
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to multitask
